The NSW/ACT Country Track Series is an initiative of the participating Cycle Clubs to promote and encourage senior (U19, Elite and Masters) riders to race the fantastic country carnivals across NSW and the ACT during the early part of the track season. Each carnival is to be held on an outdoor track and will include A Grade to D Grade and Women’s only grades, depending on entries.
The Series is intended to facilitate development of club-level riders in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment while still providing challenging and exciting racing experience for riders in higher grades. It is hoped that the Series will forge new friendships and rekindle old ones and reinvigorate the country track racing.

Series presentation will occur at the final event in Dubbo on 16th December 2023.
After six fantastic rounds the, inaugural NSW/ACT Country Track Series has wound up in Dubbo with six very deserving winners.
In the Women, the Neo CC duo of Sorelle Prince and Lucy O'Shaughnessy took out the first two positions on the podium, with Toiressa Gallagher (Bathurst CC) just holding out a fast finishing Lizanne Fox (St George CC) who came within one win of the podium. In the men, Jason Farr (Dubbo CC) similarly held off challenges from Adrian McMillan (Nowra CC) and Jamie Hodgkinson (Dulwich Hill CC), with 9 points between 1st and 3rd. In all cases, consistency paid dividends, with the placegetters each racing three or more carnivals .
The organising committee would like to thank the participating clubs (Illawarra, ACT, Wagga, Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo CCs) for six exceptionally well run, relaxed and fun carnivals - exactly what country racing is all about! The committee would also like to thank the riders who travelled and contributed to the fun and excitement of each and every carnival.
We'll be back bigger and better in 2024!
