If you want to take your riding to the next level and become an AusCycling Race member, you can upgrade your Lifestyle or Non Riding membership to an Off-Road or All Discipline Race membership by following the steps below.
Upgrading from a monthly Lifestyle membership to any Race membership is easy. Simply cancel your membership by logging into your TidyHQ account and viewing your current membership. You can then purchase the Race product that suits you by selecting ‘New Membership’ in the membership tab.
You can upgrade your annual Lifestyle or Non Riding membership to any annual Race membership by contacting the member services team. Your upgrade fee will be based on the amount you have paid, and the time remaining on your existing Lifestyle or Non Riding membership. This upgraded membership will be valid for a year from the upgrade date. (Please note: if your current Lifestyle or Non-Riding membership is with legacy MTBA or BMXA, you will have your upgraded membership created in AC’s membership system -Tidy HQ).
You can upgrade your annual Off-Road Race to an All Discipline Race membership by contacting the member services team. Your upgrade fee will be based on the amount you have paid, and the time remaining on your existing Off-Road Race membership. This upgraded membership will be valid for a year from the upgrade date. (Please note: if your current Off-Road Race membership is with legacy MTBA or BMXA, you will have your upgraded membership created in AC’s membership system - Tidy HQ).
You can upgrade your monthly payment plan Off-Road Race to a monthly payment plan All Discipline Race membership by contacting the member services team. A pro-rated upgrade fee may be applicable based off payment plan billing date and upgrade request date. This upgraded membership will reset your payment plan for a year from the upgrade date. (Please note: if your current Off-Road Race membership is with legacy MTBA or BMXA, you will have your upgraded membership created in AC’s membership system - Tidy HQ).
