Operations Coordinator - Western Australia

With a focus on club development, participation growth and events, the Operations Coordinator will work closely with the State Operations Manager to assist the delivery of the Western Australia Operation Plans.

Working across all disciplines including Road, Track, Para-cycling, mountain bike and BMX, a primary focus of the role is to ensure highest quality rider experiences.

State Operations Manager - Tasmania

As part of a network of AusCycling staff around the country, the Tasmanian Operations Manager will play an important leadership and stakeholder management role in Tasmania. In partnership with members of the AusCycling Executive Leadership Team, the Tasmanian Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of AusCycling’s annual operations plan for Tasmania and the management of key government relationships. The focus for the role includes club support and development initiatives, participation and volunteer growth, community engagement, events, racing, junior pathways and the promotion of a range of education programs.

Workforce Development Coordinator - Tasmania

As part of a network of AusCycling staff around the country, the Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the set up and delivery of AusCycling education programs for coaches/instructors, technical officials, and club volunteers, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Based in Tasmania and working as part of the workforce development team, alongside other Workforce Development Coordinators around the country, this role plays a key role in the development of AusCycling’s club and community delivery network.
