The below is for the information of renewing and new clubs wishing to affiliate with AusCycling.
On Day 1 of AusCycling (November 1, 2020) a large number of clubs automatically transitioned as affiliated clubs of AusCycling via either affiliation with their respective NSO and/or transitioning SSO (please refer to the below chart).
Any club that did not automatically transition to AusCycling (due to their SSO not joining) may apply directly for affiliation by completing the application and paying the applicable fee.
All clubs can affiliate with AusCycling annually. The affiliation period is from 1 November each year and expires on 31 October.
Existing Clubs will be sent a renewal notice and invoice prior to the expiration of the affiliation period.
Clubs who have not renewed their affiliation and paid after 30 November will no longer hold affiliation status or be covered by AusCycling insurance.
Club affiliation fees are fixed for the whole year or part thereof.
Club Affiliation fees are determined on the AusCycling club member numbers at 31 October each year. All clubs will affiliate directly with AusCycling and be granted voting rights in accordance with their AusCycling member numbers at 31 October each year

Complete the online New Club Affiliation Form below. Once submitted, AusCycling will contact you to make payment of the applicable Affiliation Fee. (Road and Track clubs that aren’t automatically transitioning as per the above table should use this link if they wish to affiliate with AusCycling)
If your riding group does not qualify to affiliate as a club, please see our Riding Group information on how you can still join the AusCycling family.
Clubs re-affiliating with AusCycling do not need to do anything. The AusCycling Member Services Team will contact your club in November.
Clubs transitioning into AusCycling have been sent an email (Saturday 26th September) with instruction to submit your club membership fees.
