Event Classification and Prizes

U15 & U17 Scratch Championships - New South Wales will be classified as a "Open Championships"
Medals awarded to the first 3 place getters of each event
Competitors in races run at the same time will be awarded with medals for their category

General Information

Canteen will service food & drinks
Toilets and change-rooms at the venue.
Car parking - ample parking is available on-site
Be sure to bring a picnic rug and chairs and make yourself comfortable for a full and enjoyable day of track racing.

Age Categories & Eligibility

Financial AusCycling "Race All Discipline" members. No trial memberships.
This event is open to all age categories Participation - Masters
Age Categories for this event are as per ages effective from 1st October 2022
All riders entering a State Open event must be covered by a Full Race Membership with AusCycling
Participation events will be run on the day anyone riding in these events must have at least a Ride Membership

Events will be run according to AusCycling Technical Regulations

HANDICAPPING / GRADING

Riders will be graded as per the NSW Handicapping Policy. There is no guarantee you will receive the grade you nominate. To avoid disappointment, please check with your club handicapper to ensure your state handicapping code is correct.

REFUND POLICY

Entry Refund Any rider (entered into an AusCycling event or promoted event in NSW) who wishes to receive a refund more than 8 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their AusCycling Events account. Any rider seeking a refund within 8 days on an event must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling All refund requests within 8 days of an event should be sent to [email protected]
