Car parking is available on-site. It is not permitted to drive or park vehicles on the parkland, other than approved event vehicles.
Teams and individuals are welcome to bring tents/tools/equipment and set up in the designated area. It is preferable that tents are weighted - if you are using pegs, please do not drive them deeper than 150mm into the ground due to caution surrounding irrigation. The venue will be locked overnight, but not monitored, so leaving items at the location is at your own discretion.
Toilets, showers and changerooms are available inside the Super-Drome. Please be considerate and limit any mud entering the venue - bikes are to be kept outside the venue.
Across the two days, there will be a variety of food and beverages including:
- Later Gator: Serving coffee and hot chocolates and variety of vegan sweets & toasties
- Chipalicious: delicious fully loaded hot chips (Sunday only)
- Trott Park Fencing Club: traditional sausage sizzle fare including vegan and vegetarian options (Saturday only)
AusCycling medals will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd placegetters in each category
There will be two presentation ceremonies each day (11:45 & 4:15), as displayed in the Event Schedule. All riders who place 1st to 5th in Elite, or 1st to 3rd in all other categories are required to be present at the presentations. Non-attendance may result in forfeiture of any prizes.
