Sharp EIT Junior Track Series gears up for 13th season

The 13th season of the Sharp EIT Junior Track Series (AJTS) begins this weekend in Adelaide. Here's everything to know ahead of the first day of racing.

The 13th edition of the AJTS rolls onto the boards on Saturday from 2:30pm ACDT at Adelaide Super-Drome for the first of three rounds that lead up to the 2025 AusCycling Track National Championships period in March.

Round 2 will take place at Melbourne's DISC Velodrome from December 19–20 as part of the Austral Wheelrace carnival week. The AusCycling U17 Madison National Championships will also be held during this round.

The third and final round lands two months later at Sydney's Dunc Gray Velodrome from February 22–23. The AusCycling U15 and U17 Omnium National Championships are included in the final round's program.

What is the Sharp EIT Junior Track Series?

The Sharp EIT Junior Track Series has been a key part of developing young Australian cycling talent since its creation in 2011. The series has played a vital development role for countless past and present ARA Australian Cycling Team members.

The series is open to under-17 and under-15 riders and features three events for aspiring cyclists to showcase their abilities and progress their cycling careers.
