Annual Club and Riding Group Reaffiliation with AusCycling
Maintaining your Club or Riding Group’s affiliation with AusCycling makes sure your club and your members have access to valuable benefits and insurance coverage throughout the year. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the annual renewal process.
What to Expect:
Each September, our Club Services team will reach out to your club via email to start the affiliation renewal process.
Renewal Requirements:
- Completed AusCycling Affiliation Form: This helps us make sure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Affiliation and Insurance Payment Information: We’ll be sharing payment and invoicing details in September. The fee is fixed and covers 12 months of affiliation (January 1st to December 31st).
- Additional Documents (if any): Our Club and Member Services team will advise if any further documentation is required.
Important Dates:
- Renewal Window: The renewal window for 2025 will open in September and close on December 31st.
- Affiliation Period: Club and Riding Group affiliation is valid for one year, from January 1st to December 31st.
- Late Renewals: Clubs and Riding Groups that fail to renew and pay their affiliation fees by December 31st will lose their affiliated status.
- Insurance Expiration: Clubs and Riding Groups that fail to renew and pay their affiliation fees by December 31st will lose their insurance benefits by February 28th.
Affiliation Fees
- $195.00 for Clubs
- $250.00 for Riding Groups
