24 U17 track cyclists to attend AusCycling pathways camp in Malaysia
Apr 20, 2023
AusCycling is pleased to provide 24 under-17 track cyclists the opportunity to race in Malaysia in May as part of one of several AusCycling international pathways initiatives in 2023.
This AusCycling pathways program provides the next generation of Australian track riders the chance to participate in two days of racing at Malaysia's Velodrom Nasional, located south of capital city Kuala Lumpur.
During racing, riders will represent their home state or territory in bunch races and be part of national challenges in the team events.
In addition to racing, the experience in Malaysia will also provide cultural and off-track learnings that living and competing away from home in a team environment brings.
