Ready to Take the Next Step?
This intensive course is designed for experienced coaches who already hold the AusCycling Development Coach accreditation.
Course Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a current AusCycling membership (minimum Lifestyle membership)
- Possess a Working with Children Check. Visit Play by The Rules to understand Child Safe requirements in each State and Territory.
- Hold a Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/HLTAID011) as a minimum requirement.
- Complete Sport Integrity Australia’s Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction on the AusCycling Learning Centre.
- Complete Sport Integrity Australia’s Clean Sport 101 course available on the Sport Integrity Australia website
- Meet the minimum requirements specific to your chosen discipline
- Hold a current AusCycling Development Coach Accreditation
- Have been an active AusCycling Development Coach for a minimum of 12 months or hold equivalent Recognised Prior Learning.
Course Structure:
- Four and a half-day Face-to-Face (via Webinar): Participate in interactive online sessions spread over three consecutive weekends.
- Practical Assessment: Showcase your knowledge through a research presentation and a coaching panel evaluation.
