Victorian athletes selected for MTB Development Academy

AusCycling are excited to announce the 2024 AusCycling MTB Development Academy for Victoria.

The inaugural 2025/25 Development Academy for mountain bike in Victoria will focus on improving the skills and capabilities of our up-and-coming MTBers, and encourage the mindset and behaviours required to be a successful athlete both on and off the bike.

The Academy will be led by four fantastic coaches who will bring their expertise, wisdom and energy to the VIC MTB Development Academy:

Indi Boer
Cooper Downey
Damian Grundy
Adam Kelsall

Adam and Damian will focus on the development of the cross country MTBers, and Indi and Cooper are leading the Gravity Enduro and Downhill disciplines.

Sessions kick off later this month and run through to National Championships.
