National Junior Travel Progam now open for applications

Nov 12, 2021

The National Junior Travel Program (NJTP) continues to play an important role in AusCycling.

The NJTP gives the opportunity for U17, U19 and U23 riders to attend selected major MTB and Cyclo-cross (CX) events without requiring parent/guardian accompaniment, and under the supervision of experienced and accredited coaches and staff.

Athletes are met at the destination airport and are under the care of AusCycling staff until they are on their returning flight at the end of the camp.

Events include the Oceania and National Championships along with other key races including National Cup Gold events, UCI Junior Series, and CX national rounds.

For all the information see the MTB Sport Development page and check back for regular updates.

There are currently 8 events on the calendar with more to come once the 2022 CX national calendar is released.

The National Cup Gold / UCI Junior Series XCO race in Canberra and the MTB Nationals programs are already open for registration.

Don’t miss out!
