The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), in partnership with state and territory institutes and academies, national sporting organisations and Paralympics Australia, is inviting Australians aged 13+ to put their sporting potential to the test through Future Green + Gold.
Future Green + Gold is a nationwide talent search designed to discover Australia’s next generation of Olympic and Paralympic athletes. More than 40 sports are ready to welcome new talent, from cycling to rugby to Para canoe.
No previous sporting experience is required. The program is designed to help identify your strengths and guide you towards sports where you may have the greatest potential.
The opportunity is also open to current athletes who may be considering transitioning into a different sport.
In some states and territories, existing talent identification programs may also be supported through this campaign.
The process is simple:
- Visit ais.gov.au/talent
- Complete the online registration form
- If eligible, you may be invited to attend a testing session in your state or territory
