Frew and A'Hern claim top spot on home course in Canberra

Mar 3, 2025

Jackson Frew and Sian A'Hern finished on top of the elite category after Round 3 of the UCI Oceania Continental Series and National Series at Mt Stromlo in Canberra.

The Canberra locals were able to produce the fastest times during seeding after the race day was impacted by significant medical incidents and timing difficulties.

Frew was able to hold off Jackson Connelly by just over a second with Jed Stanton confirmed the third placegetter.

A’Hern enjoyed the opportunity to race on her home course as she stopped the clock with a time of 02:23.735 more than 12 seconds ahead of Sacha Mills and Ashleigh Weinert.
