AusCycling is excited to publish its 2026 mountain bike calendars for each state and territory, setting up a massive year of XC, Downhill, and Enduro racing right across the country.
With well over a hundred events confirmed, the 2026 season delivers a comprehensive program for riders at every level, featuring state championships, multi-round series and long-running club races that form the backbone of mountain biking in Australia.
The calendar brings back the established staples of the MTB season while also reflecting continued growth across enduro, XCO and downhill formats.
Strong racing blocks in Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales/ACT, South Australia and Tasmania ensure meaningful opportunities to compete throughout the year.
Other highlights include the ongoing strength of state-based gravity and enduro racing, the return of multiple XCO and Downhill State Series across the country, and added depth through development and endurance events such as XCM rounds and gravity enduro development weekends.
Today’s announcement complements the 2026 GWM Mountain Bike National Championships and AusCycling National Series calendar published earlier this year.
