2022/2023 AusCycling Mountain Bike National Series - DHI Rd 3 Adelaide

Moving away from online opening times and registration portals (as used in previous 2 Rounds) and implementing the following: 

• Implementation of a ballot system and random draw for all general public entries remaining after the protected entries have been confirmed. Note: Protected Entries close Monday 23 January.   

• All interested eligible riders (AusCycling Race Members: All Discipline or Off-Road) provided opportunity to register via an EOI portal (if not done so already) – no category caps.  

• At the designated day and time (Date: 12 Noon Friday 27 January (AEDT)), a random number generator is utilised to select successful entrants. 

Reason for Change in Registration Process: 

• It will alleviate all anxiety and provide a fairer process around gaining entry to the event.  

• All riders will have ample opportunity to register for an EOI (if not done so already).  

• It provides a transparent and equal opportunity for all to gaining an entry into the event.   

• It provides improved clarity for riders and alleviated anxiety and issues related to potential system failure, unfairness, category availability, membership validity, financial status etc.  

Key Dates: 

Friday 20 January 2023  - All riders who have submitted an EOI in October 2022 emailed an update on entry process. 

Tuesday 24 January 2023  - EOI closes for riders who have not submitted an EOI in October 2022 

Friday 27 January 2023  

• Ballot takes place (includes Waitlist Ballot)- Time 12 Noon (AEDT). Random number generator, each rider provided with a unique number. 

• Successful riders notified of entry & emailed registration link for payment. 

• Published Successful Entrant List & Waitlisted riders on Event Information Page - National Series - DHI Rd 3 (Eagle MTB Park, Adelaide) 

Tuesday 11:59pm 31 January 2023 - Successful riders from ballot entry phase close. Unused positions allocated to waitlisted riders

Wednesday 1 February 2023 - Successful Waitlisted Riders emailed to formalise payment. Entry period closes 06/02/2023 04:00 PM

Saturday 4 February 2023 - General Public Sale, any remaining positions until sold out.

Riders who submitted an EOI for Rd 3 in October 2022 DO NOT need to resubmit an EOI the link below is purely for anyone who has changed their mind, or anyone who might have missed out on the original EOI process..

Riders must hold a valid AusCycling All-Discipline Racing license or Off-Road Racing license to compete in the National Series. Temporary / Day memberships will not be allowed. For more information on memberships, please click here
