Selection criteria for the EDR / E-EDR World Championships available

AusCycling has today published a selection criterion for the EDR / E-EDR World Championships and an expression of interest process to ensure that any riders (including automatic qualifiers and wildcard applicants) that intend to race, are identified to ensure the entry process can be completed correctly.

Please note that due to the very late release of critical information from the UCI, timelines on the following are extremely short.

Please apply asap if you intend to race or want to be considered for a wildcard. 

EOIs close on Tuesday Aug 20.If you are applying for a wildcard entry, please make sure you read and understand the selection criteria before applying.

If you are applying for a wildcard entry based on a recent injury or illness, evidence must be provided. For more information on extenuating circumstances applications please clause 4 of the World Championships Selection Policy.

Once again please note that everyone, including anyone automatically qualifying through their World Cup ranking, MUST complete the EOI form so that  your intentions on competing are clear, and we have all the information required to complete entries.

Australian team jerseys will be distributed to selected riders either at XCO/DHI Worlds in Andorra for anyone that will be there or by an AusCycling representative at EDR Worlds in Italy.
