Create your JustGo account
Each family member will have their own account. Set up or login to your own account first.

Add your family members
Click '+Add Family Member' in your profile to link an existing or create a new account. Linked members can be managed from your own login.

Discount applies at checkout
Once family members are linked, the 15% discount applies automatically when you purchase membership for any linked member.
FAQs
Who qualifies for the family discount?
Any two or more people who link their AusCycling memberships as a family group in JustGo. There's no same-address requirement – just link your accounts at checkout or through your JustGo profile.
Does it matter which membership each person holds?
The 15% discount applies to any paid AusCycling memberships – Ride, Club or Race. Each family member can hold a different product.
Does the discount apply to club fees?
No. The 15% discount applies to your AusCycling membership fee only. Club fees are set independently by each club and are not included.
Can I pay monthly and still get the discount?
Yes. The family discount applies whether you pay annually or in monthly instalments.
I was on an old AusCycling family membership – what happens now?
The previous family membership structure has been replaced by this simpler discount model. At your next renewal, link your family members in JustGo and the 15% discount will apply automatically – no application required.
Do I need to create a separate account for my kids?
Each family member needs their own JustGo profile. To set one up, click the '+Add Family Member' button in the ‘My Profile’ section of your own JustGo account. You will then choose to add 'Existing Member’ or create ‘New Member’ (using the same email address). Once linked, the family discount will be automatically applied at checkout, and you can manage all members from your own JustGo account.
Can we use the same email address for multiple family members?
Yes, family members can share the same email address. You will need to set up your own JustGo profile first, then follow the process above to ‘+Add Family Member’ and create ‘New Member’ from your JustGo profile to use the same email address.
Do we all need to join the same club?
No. Each family member can join any affiliated AusCycling club independently, or different clubs entirely. Your family discount applies regardless of which clubs you each choose.
