AusCycling 2026 BMX Freestyle calendar announced

Australia’s pinnacle BMX Freestyle event heads back to Victoria next year as announced in AusCycling’s 2026 BMX Freestyle National calendar.

RampFest Indoor Skate Park in Braybrook will host the 2026 AusCycling BMX Freestyle National Championships from February 13-15, having last hosted the event in 2024.

Nine events make up next year’s calendar with opportunities across seven states and territories for BMX Freestyle riders.

For the fifth consecutive year, the BMX Freestyle Oceania Continental Championships will return to The Village Indoor Skatepark south of Brisbane on March 22.

Next year will also see the introduction of three new state championships, strengthening AusCycling’s commitment to growing the sport across Australia.

For the first time, South Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania will each host state championships events, with Elite, Amateur, Junior and Masters categories being contested.

There will also be state championships in Western Australia, the ACT, Victoria and Queensland. The latter two will also be UCI C1 events.
