2027 Very Special Ride

The 2027 Very Special Ride comes to Victoria on Friday 26 February 2027, proudly hosted by Very Special Kids.

Experience an exclusive, fully supported 108-kilometre road ride starting from Albert Park at 7am and finishing in coastal Sorrento. This unique participatory cycling event brings together a dedicated field of just 50 riders to challenge their limits, build lasting connections, and support seriously ill children and their families.

The scenic route takes you from Melbourne down the peninsula, concluding with a celebratory lunch and drinks at the Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club. Participants will receive full on-road support, medical and mechanical assistance, event insurance, an exclusive Cuore jersey, and optional return coach transport to Melbourne. To take part in this rewarding experience, riders commit to a minimum fundraising target of $2,000 to help deliver holistic paediatric palliative care across Victoria.

Entries are now open, with early bird registration available until 30 November. Places are strictly limited to 50 participants, so secure your spot early to avoid missing out.
