2027 Surf Coast Classic & Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race

The 2027 Surf Coast Classic and Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race come to Geelong, the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula on 27–31 January.

Race week opens with the women’s Surf Coast Classic on Wednesday 27 January, starting and finishing in Torquay. On Thursday 28 January, the men’s Surf Coast Classic races from Lorne to Torquay.

The action then moves to the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, with the women’s WorldTour race on Saturday 30 January and the men’s WorldTour race on Sunday 31 January.

Watch international teams tackle coastal roads and demanding climbs before the weekend races finish on the Geelong waterfront. Join the crowds on Challambra Crescent to cheer riders up the climb, or enjoy the finish-line atmosphere as the winners emerge.

Bring friends and family, follow your favourite riders and make a summer getaway of this week of cycling. Roadside spectating is free.
