2026–27 Victorian Interschool Cycling Series – Round 1: Sandown

The 2026–27 AusCycling Victorian Interschool Cycling Series (VICS) begins at Sandown on Tuesday 13 October 2026, proudly hosted by Carnegie Caulfield Cycling Club.

The opening round is an individual time trial: riders set off separately to race against the clock. Find your rhythm, pace your effort and start the season with a performance to build on.

Join fellow school students for an evening of cycling and the first challenge of the eight-round series.

Entries for this event are now open.

Participation and entries

The Victorian Interschool Cycling Series welcomes students of different riding abilities, with age divisions and grades supporting fair and enjoyable competition. Earn points for yourself and your school, whether you’re your school’s only rider or joining with friends.

Riders can enter individually through EntryBoss. School sports coordinators and PE teachers can register multiple students by downloading the School Bulk Enry Form, completing the spreadsheet and emailing it to [email protected].

Membership and insurance

The current series guide provides for participation by non-AusCycling members. As a Mass Participation (Schools) event, AusCycling Personal Accident and Public Liability insurance applies during each round only, subject to the relevant policy terms.

If you’d like to participate in cycling events beyond the Schools Series, explore AusCycling membership options, including the four-week Free Trial and Race Membership.
