2024 Bikeline Open Day

Join Ipswich and West Moreton BMX for an action-packed Open Day, sponsored by Bikeline Ipswich, which incudes the Maddog Morton Time Trial. All riders with a valid AusCycling Membership are welcome to compete. From our youngest Mini Wheelers to riders over 60, there’s a race for everyone.
Entries are open until 8pm AEST on Thursday 8 August 2024.
Entry Fees & Scratching
Entry Fees:
One-Off Entry Fee: $5 (paid once per rider, regardless of classes entered)
Age/Cruiser Classes (M/F): $25
Superclass (M/F): $40
Junior Superclass (M/F): $35
Masters 30+ (M/F): $25
Sprockets (M/F): $15
Mini Wheelers: $15
Maddog Morton Time Trial: $12
Prizes:
Age/Cruiser, Masters 30+: Top 3 podium and participation awards for some classes (details vary).
Superclass, Junior Superclass: 1st-8th place payouts (via EFT after event, bank details required).
Maddog Morton: Fastest lap wins $200.
Mini Wheelers & Sprockets: Nominations needed by Saturday 3 August for participation awards.

Prices include GST and a transaction fee.
Scratching (getting a refund) is possible before Thursday 8 August at 8pm AEST.
Categories
Age and Bike Categories
- 20" Challenge and 24" Cruiser: Open to both males and females in various age groups from 8 to 60+.
- Superclass: Open to both males and females aged 16+.
- Junior Superclass: Open to both males and females aged 14-16.
- Masters 30+: Open to both males and females aged 30+.
- Sprockets: Open to both males and females aged 5 and under, 6, and 7.
- Mini Wheelers: Open to both males and females aged 2-7.
Special Event: Maddog Morton Time Trial
- Open to both males and females aged 13-14 and older.
- Requires a valid entry into an Age or Cruiser class in the Open Event.
Superclass Specifics
-All male Superclass riders must perform a Pro Straight.
- Male Superclass riders need an AusCycling advance straight accreditation or pass an assessment.

Extra Information
Ipswich and West Moreton BMX Club offers a track suitable for riders of all levels, with ample parking, a picnic area, and recently upgraded facilities. The track is equipped with LED lights for night racing.
Important Note: Alcohol, smoking, and pets are prohibited at the club. All attendees must adhere to the National Integrity Framework.
Parking
Ipswich and West Moreton BMX have plenty of parking within the precinct for cars and trailers. Please enter via Willey Street.
