2024 AusCycling NSW/ACT Cross County Series

South Coast United Mountainbikers (SCUM) will host Round 3 of the 2024 AusCycling NSW/ACT XCO State Series.

The XCO course will be approximately 6 km in length. Coondoo doesn’t have significant changes in altitude but makes up for this with plenty of sections requiring the rider to be pedal fit and ready for the challenge of fast, flowy sections and technical features (with A and B lines). Coondoo is much loved amongst the MTB community and recognised as one of the South Coast’s best and most accessible cross-country trails.

Event Schedule

8am – 8.45am - XCO course open for practice

8am – 12pm - Race plate collection

9am – 10am - XCO U13 & U15 Men and Woman plus podium presentation

10am – 11.30am - XCO U17 Men & Masters Men 5/6/7 plus podium presentation

11.30am – 1.30pm - XCO All women’s categories from U17 and older (including e-bike) plus podium presentation

1.30pm – 3.30pm - XCO Men’s U19, Elite, Expert & master’s 1/2/3/4 & e-bike plus podium presentation

4.30pm - Event centre closes

Riders will be called to the start line 10 mins before their scheduled event for a compulsory race briefing.

Technical Regulations

Round 3 of the 2024 AusCycling NSW/ACT XCO State Series which will be conducted under the guidance of the AusCycling Technical Regulations.

Event Timing

The event will be timed, recorded, displayed and publicised by SCUM

Toilets & Water

Toilets will be available at the event centre for the event.

No running water is available at the event centre. NB: Competitors and spectators must bring their own water.

Food Stalls

Food and drink will be available on site thanks to the team at SCUM including sandwiches, BBQ and cold drinks.
