Major AusCycling events in November

It's the business end of the year for BMX in Australia, with BMX Racing and BMX Freestyle national championship events headlining November.
The final stop of the 2022 AusCycling National Road Series is also set to be raced in November at the Spirit of Tasmania Cycling Tour.

2022/23 AusCycling DH National Series season opener

The 2022/23 AusCycling Downhill National Series starts at Illinbah on Queensland's Gold Coast in November, before heading to the Victorian high country for racing at Mt Buller in January. The final downhill round will be held after the 2023 AusCycling Mountain Bike National Championships at Eagle MTB Park in Adelaide, South Australia.
Entries open October 28 at 1pm AEST.

The annual AusCycling BMX National Championships are the premier event on the Australian BMX calendar, bringing together riders from five years of age to over 60. The 2022 BMX Nats at Launceston BMX will see representatives from all states and territories travel to take part in the Championships, which are always viewed as a highlight of the year. The 2022 AusCycling BMX Racing National Championships are proudly supported by Events Tasmania and the City of Launceston.

The 2022 AusCycling BMX Freestyle National Championships will be the main attraction at the Braybrook BMX Fest - presented by Maribyrnong City Council. The weekend will also feature a Flatland Event, Street BMX Jam, pro rider meet and greets, giveaways and prizes, and plenty of food and beverage options. The event will be ticketed for spectators.

National Road Series finale at Spirit of Tasmania Cycling Tour

The Spirit of Tasmania Cycling Tour is one of Australia’s oldest and most prestigious national tours and returns to the National Road Series (NRS) for the first time since 2019 in November as the curtain closer to the 2022 NRS.
First raced in 1930, the tour showcases picturesque Tasmanian terrain with sweeping plains, epic climbs and coastal courses that challenge Australia’s talent crop of young riders and sets the stage for the Australian summer of cycling.

Sharp EIT Junior Track Series begins in Sydney

The Sharp Extensive IT Junior Track Series is a valuable component of the AusCycling junior development pathway.
Since its inception in 2011, a host of current Australian Cycling Team members have progressed through the series.
