All entrants must hold a current, valid AusCycling Race All Discipline Membership.
This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational Memberships

Technical Regulations
Clarification of 2026 Regulations for Under 17 and Under 15 Road Riders - Handlebars
- Handlebars must be of a standard or "classic" drop style.
- Brake hoods must be aligned to point straight ahead when positioned parallel
to the flare of the drop handlebars. - Hand placement: Riders must always maintain full contact with the brake
hoods or handlebars. It is not acceptable to rest only fingers on the hoods.
Individual Time Trial Participants
Any rider that is taller than 180cm - must submit a height attestation form to
AusCycling - if you are not on the height list - you will not be granted the
exemption. For more information - click here.

Event Location & Parking
The event will be held at the at the Hunter Economic Zone, off Leggetts Drive, Kurri Kurri.
The event centre located approximately 3.9 km from the Leggetts Drive turn off. All events will run on the same HEZ short course used by the Newcastle Hunter Cycle Club.
Parking will be available on the road heading northeast at the roundabout. No parking on the roundabout, or on the eastern side of HEZ drive (adjacent to the footpath) is permitted for rider and pedestrian safety. Traffic movements to and from the parking area will be restricted, and cars may only leave at the direction of the traffic controller.
Accommodation
Due to ongoing anti-social activities in the evenings at HEZ, camping on site is not recommended and there will be no toilet facilities available in the evenings. There are numerous caravan parks and paid campsites in the region including Cessnock Showground and the Maitland Showground
Roll Out
All riders must roll out before every stage. All riders must present themselves and their equipment to the rollout area, located near the start/finish line, at least 20 minutes prior to their allotted start time.
The commissaires decision on roll out is final and riders and parents are strongly encouraged to check their roll out prior to the event. The top 5 junior riders may be required to roll out after each race.
Feed Zone & Litter Zone
There are no feed zones on the course. There are no litter zones on the course, Riders are to keep any wrappers with them, no littering is permitted.
