Guidance for event organisers, clubs and commissaires on the procedures to follow if a participant at an event is injured or a fatality occurs.

A handy flow chart to help commissaires and event personnel step through the immediate response to a critical incident or fatality. 

Incident Report Form 

All incidents must be reported to AusCycling within one day of the incident using the below form. Please complete the form and email to [email protected]

Infringement Record Form 

All infringements must be recorded and reported to AusCycling using the below form. Please complete the form and email to [email protected] and copied to [email protected].  

Event Cancellation Guidelines 

Guidelines to empower commissaires and other event organisers, especially those in road cycling, to make informed decisions on cancellation in case of major incidents.  

Safeguarding Children and Young People 

At AusCycling, we take our responsibility to deliver a safe, fair and inclusive environment for all children and young people involved in cycling seriously.  If you see something suspicious or unacceptable, we encourage you to report it.
