AusCycling Executive General Manager of Performance search underway

A global search has begun for the new head of high performance who will lead the next evolution of AusCycling’s quest to be the world’s leading cycling nation.

The Executive General Manager of Performance will lead AusCycling’s Performance system and related pathways, a system that has historically delivered consistent Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth Games and World Championship medal winning performance. Formed in 2020, AusCycling is Australia’s peak body representing all disciplines of cycling (BMX, Mountain Bike, Road, Track and Para) clubs, 55,000 members and, more broadly, all Australians who ride bicycles.

AusCycling also represents Australia’s interests with the UCI, the Australian Olympic Committee, the Australian Paralympic Committee and Commonwealth Games Australia.

“Beyond participation, thriving clubs and great events, we are responsible for creating and maintaining a performance and pathways environment that delivers inspiration and sustained success for our elite riders on the international stage.

"The Executive General Manager of Performance will be responsible for managing a performance and pathways environment, that provides holistic development and support of our world-class athletes, coaches and staff.”
