The 2026 Goulburn TrackPower is a key fixture for both competitive cyclists and cycling enthusiasts, featuring a range of track cycling disciplines. This event provides a platform for cyclists ranging from juniors, U23, elite to Masters to showcase their skills in a variety of races, from sprints to endurance events.

Age Categories & Eligibility

J9, J11, J13, J15, J17, J19, U23, Elite, Masters 

Age Categories for this event are as per 2026 ages effective from 1st October 2025. 

This event is not open to Recreational Members or Temporary Race Members 

All entrants must hold a current, valid AusCycling Race All Discipline Membership.  

Schedule

Start Times 

Junior Carnival (U9- U15) 

  • Sign-on - 12:30pm to 1:15pm 
  • Warm Up - 1:00pm 
  • First Race - 1:30pm 
  • 4 Races including 1 Handicap. 

Seniors (U17+) 

  • Sign-on - 3:00pm to 4:00pm 
  • Warm Up - 4:00pm 
  • First Race - 4:30pm 
  • 5 Races including 2 lap graded handicap & Wheelrace heat (if required)

  • Neville Smith Memorial Men's Invitation Roller Derby 
  • Women's Invitation Roller Derby

  • Graded Women’s events (depending on entries)

Prizes
  • $4,000 (approx.) across the carnival 
  • $1000 Prize money each for both the Men’s & Women's Wheelraces 
Other Information

Canteen will service food & drinks 

Toilets and change-rooms at the venue. 

Car parking - ample parking is available on-site 

Be sure to bring a picnic rug and chairs and make yourself comfortable for a full and enjoyable day of track racing. 

Presentations will be held for the Junior Handicap Events, and Mens, & Women’s Wheelraces
