The Downhill National Series heads north to Kooralbyn Valley.

The 2027 AusCycling Downhill National Series heads to Kooralbyn Valley MTB Park in Queensland for Round 2 from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 February.

Hosted by Kooralbyn Valley MTB Club, the weekend brings riders from across Australia together for another big test of speed, skill and control.

With valuable ranking points and positions in the overall Series standings on the line, riders will be looking to build momentum as the national mountain bike downhill season gathers pace.

Get ready for three days of action and an awesome weekend of downhill racing in Kooralbyn Valley.

Entries open on Wednesday 2 December 2026 and close on Thursday 25 February 2027.

Age Categories & Eligibility

Riders for the Elite, Junior, Unders (15 & 17) and Masters age categories must meet the below criteria:

  • Born on or before 01/01/2014. Minimum 13 years old as at 31/12/2027. Riding up is not permitted.
  • Hold a current and valid AusCycling Race membership.
Membership Requirements

Eligibility AusCycling Race membership is required to enter this event. Get a Race membership
