VIC Downhill State Series

The Victorian Downhill Series (VDHS) is the home of downhill mountain bike racing in Victoria. The series brings riders of a wide range of ages together to race the state’s downhill tracks, and provides a pathway to national and international racing for junior riders.

As a state-level competition, the series isn’t designed for beginners, so riders should be confident they’re ready for the tracks before they enter.

The 2026/27 series features five rounds across Victoria, from Mt Taylor in October through to Narbethong in March.

The series is open to juniors, elites and masters. To enter, you’ll need an AusCycling Race membership.
