Why the Change?

The new AusCycling Learning Centre is part of a larger Australian Sports Commission (ASC) initiative to provide a centralised learning platform for various sports. This means you'll have access to a wider range of courses, including officiating and governance offered by the ASC, all in one place!

Transition from eTrainu

We've made switching to the new platform as smooth as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Access: All courses are now available on the AusCycling Learning Centre
Course Completion: Your past completions from eTrainu, including modules, concussion management (if applicable), document uploads and video assessments (if applicable) have all been transferred to your new profile.
Payments: If you've already paid for a course in eTrainu, there's no need to pay again.
Incomplete Assessments: If you have a practical or video assessment pending to finalise your accreditation, AusCycling will contact you with instructions on how to complete it in the new system.

Logging In

The AusCycling Learning Centre uses a unique email address as the username.

If your email in Tidy HQ isn't unique, please update it before logging in for the first time.

Once logged in, you should see your profile with all your course information.

Important Notes

After the switch, eTrainu will no longer be accessible, so you won't be able to access past learning materials there.

For some courses, there may be a slight difference in how you access practical assessments.

Uploading qualifications like First Aid and Working With Children Checks will show as "in progress" until they are verified by AusCycling. This won't prevent you from continuing your course.
