The Anna Meares Velodrome is a world-class indoor cycling facility located in Chandler, Queensland. Designed by COX Architects and opened in November 2016, it was built as a legacy of the 2018 Commonwealth Games. The Velodrome boasts a 250-metre timber track and can accommodate up to 1500 spectators, expandable to 3500 for major events.
Home to the AusCycling Brisbane office, the Velodrome hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including national championships and local club competitions. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a beginner, the Anna Meares Velodrome welcomes everyone to experience the thrill of track cycling.
Events
The Anna Meares Velodrome hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including the AusCycling Track National Championships, Queensland Track National Championships and local club events.
We also run the following events:
- Come and Try Track Cycling
- Open and Coach Led Sessions
- Women on Track
Other Information
Outside of our Come and Try and Women on Track sessions, all riders must be accredited.
