The Fraser Coast Tourism and Events is excited to invite you to its inaugural Gran Fondo Weekend.

Come along and enjoy a weekend of festivities with your family or a group of mates.

We have a ride for catering for everyone, from the original 130km Gran Fondo to the 80km Medio, the excitement of criterium racing and two family rides.

The Fraser Coast region has won four national tourism awards in the last month, so there is no arguing it is perfection as a holiday destination.

Grab your bike, take the family and enjoy the weekend of cycling activities including the Festival at Seafront Oval, Hervey Bay, with food, entertainment, and a cycling expo.

Partnering with AusCycling - Queensland, the Fraser Coast Gran Fondo will showcase the beautiful Hervey Bay and Maryborough region as the Fondo weaves its way past cane fields, quiet country roads and cresting on stunning hills overlooking Fraser Island.

Enjoy the relaxed coastal vibe after you have "burnt your candles".
