Hunter Chrono Time Trial

• Once the event is closed, state handicapping codes will be reviewed and teams will be seeded as per the NSW Handicapping Policy
• Events will be run according to AusCycling Technical Regulations
• Individual Time Trial (ITT): ranked by gender and age category.
• Pairs TT: for MM, FF and MF teams. No club or age restrictions.
• Open Teams TT: teams of 3-4 riders in any combination of age, gender and club.
• No late entries will be accepted 

• 1:30pm start on Saturday the 26th of November
• Registration will open at 8.00 am on Saturday
• Schedules will be released Wednesday the 23rd of November
• All riders should be at the start line 15 minutes prior to their start time.

• Age Categories for this event are as per 2023 ages effective from 1st October 2022.
• Financial AusCycling "Race All Discipline" members.

Divisions available:

• Individual Time Trial - $35.00 - From U19s and above.
• Pairs Time Trial - $50.00 - From U17s and above
• Open Teams Time Trial - $100.00 - From U17s and above

If a rider is already a member of AusCycling they must sign into their TidyHQ Profile before entering into the portal.

A rider may enter to ride in more than one category for the Hunter Chrono.

While we will try and accommodate as much time as possible between rides to allow for recovery, please note that this is a seeded event and running order of categories will remain the same.

Anyone who is not a member will automatically be charge a day license when they checkout through the entry portal.

Additional Information:

• Results - Team time is based on the third riders to cross the finish line. Pairs time is based on the second rider to cross the finish line.
• Toilets - There will be toilets available 
• Catering - Coffee and snacks will be provided by Sam’s Tucker Truck for food and Coffee Alsortz will be serving both days
• Marshalling - All teams must report to the marshalling area (start line) 15 minutes prior to their designated start time. 
• No warming up will be allowed on the circuit of Glendon road parking areas.
• Parking for participants will be rear to curb parking at 45 degrees.

Weather conditions

• The event will proceed as planned unless the conditions are deemed to be unsafe by the Race Organiser and Chief Commissaire on the morning of the event
